Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions from accounting firms about ORDO.

What is ORDO?

ORDO is the professional accounting platform for Morocco's verified accounting firms: CGNC bookkeeping across every client dossier, bank reconciliation, tax declarations and stock valuation — with the exact legal source shown on every entry.

Is ORDO compliant with Moroccan accounting and tax?

Yes. ORDO follows the CGNC accounting standard and the DGI's rules for VAT, IS and IR. A versioned rules engine stamps every entry with its exact legal source, so rates and thresholds always follow the law in force — old entries keep the article that governed them, even after a change.

Who can open an account on ORDO?

ORDO is reserved for verified accounting professionals — experts-comptables and cabinets comptables. A firm registers with its Ordre des Experts-Comptables details, and our team confirms them before any client dossier can be created.

Does ORDO connect with SALDO and VENDO?

Yes. Invoices your clients issue in SALDO, and their VENDO sales, arrive as structured data and become proposed accounting entries — you review and validate them before they post, so nothing enters your books blind.

Can I export to Excel?

Yes. Excel exports are available throughout ORDO, for every dossier — a reflex for accountants — alongside the ledgers, balance and declarations.

Where is my data hosted?

ORDO is built for Morocco and designed to comply with law 09-08 (CNDP) on personal-data protection. Your clients' accounting data stays with the service and is never shared; document recognition (OCR) runs on our own infrastructure — never sent to a cloud AI.

How do I get started?

Create your account with your Yoryx ID, then request verification as an accounting firm. Once confirmed, open your first client dossier — free during early access, no credit card required.
